Safe Working Principles (modules 1-9)

Our training program covers 9 essential modules to ensure our staff are fully equipped and compliant with regulations. These modules include fire safety, infection control, lone worker safety, handling violence and aggression, Caldicott Protocols for information governance and data protection, complaint and conflict resolution, health and safety with incident reporting, COSHH regulation training, and RIDDOR reporting. Safeguarding Children & Young Adults (POCA) – Level 2

Our course provides essential knowledge about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. It covers key definitions, recognising different types of child abuse, and appropriate responses to suspected or reported cases of abuse. Additionally, the course emphasises the professional responsibilities of health and social care workers towards children and how to prevent child abuse. It also includes guidelines on handling sensitive information about children and their guardians. Our aim is to raise awareness among health and social care workers about their role in safeguarding children and young adults.

Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) – Level 2

In compliance with UK law, all Health & Social Care professionals who work with vulnerable adults are mandated to undergo training on the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA). Our SOVA course is designed to equip Health & Social Care workers with essential knowledge and skills to identify and respond to signs of abuse. This includes recognizing and reporting concerns about the abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults, as well as understanding their role in the investigation process. Our training ensures that our professionals are well-prepared to provide the best care for vulnerable adults.

Managing Challenging Behaviour in Adults and Children
